Our Site is not intended for use by any individuals located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and/or the United Kingdom.

Note: These Terms only cover the access and use of our Site and do not cover your use of our products or services we may offer (the “Services”). Your use of the Services is covered by a separate agreement.

7. General Prohibitions and Enforcement Rights

Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities or breach security measures.
Circumvent technological measures protecting the Site.
Use unauthorized tools (e.g., bots, crawlers) to access the Site.
Send spam or unsolicited promotions.
Use hidden text/meta tags with Zeal trademarks without consent.
Use the Site for any commercial purpose not permitted by these Terms.
Forge headers or send deceptive source-identifying information.
Reverse-engineer Site software.
Interfere with Site functionality (e.g., viruses, flooding).
Collect personal data without permission.
Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
Violate laws or encourage violations.

Enforcement:
Zeal may monitor, remove, or disable content and investigate violations, including working with law enforcement.

We may provide links to third-party sites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, products, or services. You assume all risk when using them.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Site access at our sole discretion without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing support@skytaxusa.com.
Sections 5–7 and 9–14 survive termination.

10. Warranty Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

The Site meets your requirements.
The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeal, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, disputes, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) related to:

Your violation of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Zeal and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.
Total liability will not exceed the greater of amounts paid to Zeal for Site use or $100.

These limitations are fundamental to the agreement between you and Zeal.

13. Governing Law and Forum Choice

These Terms are governed by Washington State law.
Jurisdiction and venue lie in the state and federal courts of King County, Washington.

14. General Terms

Reservation of Rights: Zeal and its licensors own all rights to the Site.
Entire Agreement: These Terms are the complete agreement regarding Site use.
Severability: If a provision is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
Assignment: You cannot transfer these Terms without written consent; Zeal may transfer freely.
Notices: Provided via email or Site posting.
Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
